Pursuant to the profit distribution chart adopted by our Board of Directors through its resolution dated March 6, 2023, provided above, our Company has no distributable profit for the year 2022, following the deduction of net profit for the period from previous years' losses.
At the Annual General Assembly Meeting held on March 30, 2023, the attending shareholders unanimously determined the absence of any distributable profit for the 2022 activity year following the deduction of the profit for the period from previous years' losses.
